Service Description
This course is made for massage therapists who want to help active people, athletes, or those with tight muscles from exercise. Students will learn how to prepare the body before a workout, help the body relax after exercise, and support faster muscle recovery. By the end of the course, students will be able to: • Understand how sports massage is different from regular massage • Use techniques to warm up and relax muscles • Work on common sports injuries like sore shoulders, knees, or lower back • Improve flexibility and blood flow • Give massage based on each person’s sport or activity
